VP Cyprus Domus Ltd (hereinafter “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to the privacy and secure processing of the personal data it maintains for its clients and collaborators, in an open and transparent manner. This privacy policy applies to Data obtained in the standard course of the business in order to provide you with the service you requested or for which we have been assigned. This Data is collected:

We do not share your Personal Data with third parties except as indicated below only for specific purposes and in accordance with our instructions to the extent that this is necessary for the provisions of our services and the fulfilment of our obligations always in accordance to GDPR provisions and regulations. 6. How We Store Your Personal Data

Personal Data is safely stored and processed in Cyprus and/or in servers located in Countries within or outside the European Union.

 

7. Retention of Personal Data

We keep your Personal Data for as long as you have an account with us in order to provide you with our services or longer in case of a legal claim or in compliance with relevant laws of Cyprus.

We have set out internal guidelines, procedures and actions to safeguard your Personal Data from unauthorized access, unlawful use, intervention, modification or disclosure. In general, we do not use automated decision-making. If we may decide to do so we will inform you accordingly.

We do not guarantee error-free performance under this privacy policy. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with this privacy policy and will take immediate corrective action when any failure to comply with our privacy policy comes to our knowledge.
