VP Cyprus Domus Ltd (hereinafter “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to the privacy and secure processing of the personal data it maintains for its clients and collaborators, in an open and transparent manner. This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which we collect, use, disclose, manage and store personal data. This privacy policy applies to Data obtained in the standard course of the business in order to provide you with the service you requested or for which we have been assigned. This Data is collected:

  • Managing your Property: to manage your property and on your behalf collect rent, pay bills and taxes, deposit money into your bank account etc;

We do not share your Personal Data with third parties except as indicated below only for specific purposes and in accordance with our instructions to the extent that this is necessary for the provisions of our services and the fulfilment of our obligations always in accordance to GDPR provisions and regulations.   • Service providers. Such as IT service providers, Data storage providers, Digital Marketeers and other Marketing Companies, Data analysis companies etc;
  • Legal successors. In the event of a merger or sale or other restructuring action.
  • Anywhere else provided we have your consent unless we are legally entitled or obliged to do so.

We may also share your Personal Data to other third parties such as governmental or regulatory authorities, other public and official authorities and courts:

6. How We Store Your Personal Data

Personal Data is safely stored and processed in Cyprus and/or in servers located in Countries within or outside the European Union.


7. Retention of Personal Data

We keep your Personal Data for as long as you have an account with us in order to provide you with our services or longer in case of a legal claim or in compliance with relevant laws of Cyprus.


8. Security of Your Personal Data

We have set out internal guidelines, procedures and actions to safeguard your Personal Data from unauthorized access, unlawful use, intervention, modification or disclosure. For instance, only authorized employees are permitted to access Personal Data on a need to know and confidentiality basis and only to perform their business responsibilities and obligations. In general, we do not use automated decision-making. If we may decide to do so we will inform you accordingly.


10. Your Legal Rights

When you register with us, you may be given a choice as to whether you want to receive email messages, newsletters or advertising material about our products, services, news and useful information, special offers etc. If you later decide that you no longer wish to receive such emails or newsletters you may unsubscribe by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any of such communication. It may take up to thirty days for us to process an opt-out request.

11. Cookies and Log Data

We use traffic log data whenever your visit our website. This enables us to analyse data about web page use and traffic in order to improve our website and tailor it as per customer needs. This information is only used for statistical analysis.

We may modify or amend our privacy policy from time to time. Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to this privacy policy, you are expected to periodically review the most updated version found at our website www.cyprusdomus.com so you become aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

We do not guarantee error-free performance under this privacy policy. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with this privacy policy and will take immediate corrective action when any failure to comply with our privacy policy comes to our knowledge. We will not be liable for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages relating to this privacy policy.
